My journey through perimenopause, autoimmune disease, and systemic inflammation is exactly why I built Vitalis Integrative Health, a center dedicated to holistic care. 

Even as a Nurse Practitioner, I faced many of the same challenges that my patients do—symptoms that didn’t align with 'normal' lab results and concerns that were often dismissed. 

I lived through: 

• Early perimenopause symptoms 

• Rheumatoid arthritis 

• Severe fatigue and brain fog 

• Chronic dryness and eye inflammation 

• Hormonal imbalance and weight struggles 

This personal experience transformed my approach to medicine. 

At Vitalis Integrative Health, I focus on personalized health services that are realistic and affordable for men, women, and children—especially those who:

• Have high deductibles 

• Or feel stuck in traditional care 

I am not creating a high-cost concierge practice. My goal is to provide accessible, patient-centered care that guides you toward real answers, including effective perimenopause treatment. 

As a single mother of three, I understand the challenge of balancing health with real life and tight budgets.
